CPAN 모듈에 대한 설정

Saves all config variables to the current config file (CPAN/Config.pm or CPAN/MyConfig.pm that was loaded at start). 에 설정이 저장된다.
위치: /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.8.8/CPAN 밑에 Config.pm이 저장되어 있다.
